How Hi-X Works
Material Feeding
Material is fed from a conveyor belt, front loader or directly from a truck and transferred into the compression chamber through a robust chained system.
Compression
Thanks to its specially designed belt system, Hardox steel plates and high-strength cylinder structure, the material is compacted inside the chamber with minimal trapped air, reaching up to 70% volume reduction.
Film Wrapping
Wide film wrapping helps the bale maintain its shape and density. The air-pressure cleaning system supports consistent operating quality.
Stretch Wrapping
Predefined wrapping layers form the material into a compact bale on the wrapping table, maximizing both storage and transportation efficiency.
Cleaner Storage and More Efficient Logistics with High-Density Compaction
Orkel waste baling and packaging machines compact waste to the highest possible level and wrap it with polyethylene film to create easy-to-handle, process-friendly round bales. Since no metal wire or net is used, bale opening and downstream handling processes become faster and more seamless.
