ORKEL DENS-X PACKAGING MACHINE
The Orkel Dens-X packaging machine is one of Orkel's most advanced compactors, developed for high capacity and demanding working conditions. With Dens-X, packaging of many different materials such as corn silage, grass, alfalfa, TMR, oilseed meal and biomass can be done with high efficiency.
In operations requiring high production and maximum performance, Orkel Dens-X is one of the most ideal solutions. Depending on the type and moisture content of the material, the Dens-X model produces high-density bales with dimensions of ø115×120 cm and weights ranging from 400 kg to 1400 kg.
Thanks to the improved feeding system, the central screw F25 bunker structure and the powerful elevator system, the material flow is faster and more stable, which significantly increases the hourly capacity.
With the new generation wrapping system and WideFilm technology, faster packaging is achieved, while the capacity can reach up to 70 bales per hour.
